Unless otherwise stipulated in the purchase agreement, all orders are F.O.B. and the purchaser's responsibility to arrange. Our hours are typically 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but shipments will be scheduled to allow dock workers to load or unload orders efficiently. After-hour loads are at our discretion and must be approved before arrival.
Due to security concerns, we need documentation to assure authority to load trucks. Graphite is delivered in ONE METRIC TON weight, 48"w x 48"w x 54"h. We will not overload any trailer beyond its weight limitations. All responsibility for the loaded material is on the buyer once loaded on the trailer.
